The purity of Great Pacific Waters is guaranteed through a comprehensive 6-stage filtration and disinfection process, using advanced technology that aligns with international standards:
- Silica Sand Filter – The water is first passed through multi-layered silica sand to remove large suspended solids
such as silt and organic matter, significantly reducing turbidity.
- Activated Carbon Filter – Next, high-porosity activated carbon granules eliminate chlorine, unpleasant taste, odors,
and organic chemicals like pesticides and VOCs.
- Ultra Filtration (UF) – This step uses ultra-fine membranes (0.01 microns) to physically block bacteria, viruses, and
colloidal particles, ensuring microbiological purity.
- Filter Cartridges – Fine polypropylene cartridge filters perform the final polishing by removing remaining sediments
and microscopic particles from the water.
- UVC Lamp Disinfection – Ultraviolet light at 254 nm inactivates any residual microorganisms without chemical. UVC
lamps are installed in key areas including the water pipes, filling machine, and conveyor belts.
- Ozone Treatment – As the final step, ozone is introduced during bottling to oxidize and neutralize any remaining
contaminants. It ensures stability and safety, breaking down into harmless oxygen after disinfection.
This multi-barrier system ensures every drop of Great Pacific Waters is exceptionally pure, safe, and refreshing.
